Our Legal Department consists of some of the toughest people in the office. Not only are these the people trying to keep our tenants in line with their payments but also assisting them in every which way to keep their homes. With an unbeatable success rate, this team is ready for any challenge thrown their way.

Leasing/Lease Renewal

Payments
Possibly the most important department in the office, the Payments Department handles the accounts of all tenants in our portfolio. Whether they are handling the payments over the phone or via our very own tenant portal, this team provides the best service with patience and care. Understanding that our tenants make us what we are, it’s only right to treat them as such.
PropertyManagement
Having over 3000 units located in over 100 buildings; our Property Managers have their work cut out for them. This tall task may seem overwhelming, but we have the most reliable members handling incoming and completing work orders, city and statement inspections, day-to-day operations for each building, and having the best attitude for our tenants and team members.
Maintenance
With a team of over 50 men and women, our Maintenance Team members are always there to provide the best service possible. From the dispatcher scheduling the work to the porter that keeps our buildings in tip top shape, our people are ready and prepared for everything coming their way and always with a smile and helping hand.
